Refund policy

CAMPS – Camp reservations require full payment at the time of booking. If you need to cancel a camp reservation, we will issue a full credit to your account to be used for a future day of camp, within 1 year of the original reservation date. If you choose to reschedule your camp for a later day/week, we will work with you to reschedule, subject to availability. No refunds will be given.
PARTIES – Party reservations require a 50% advanced deposit, which is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your event. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance on the day of your event. Within 7 days of the reservation date, the deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to reschedule your event for a later date, we will work with you to reschedule. If acts of God or adverse weather cause the facility to close, your event will be rescheduled. No refunds will be given due to weather or acts of God.
TICKETS – No refunds will be given for unused package or attraction tickets. If you are not able to attend on the day and time of your reservation, we will work with you to reschedule for an alternate date.
