What's included

  • 90 minutes of activity, featuring our 28′ climbing walls and access to our soft play area for ages 3-10
  • 60 minutes in a party room, once the activities are over. Your party host will escort you to your room, once the children are done on the floor. Early set-up is not feasible, so please keep your decorations to balloon bouquets and a banner only. See your confirmation email for acceptable and not acceptable party supplies and decor.
  • A Party Host to manage your entire check in process, as well as set up, host and clean up your party room.
  • All the paper goods you will need for your party, including table covers in a variety of solid colors to match your theme.
  • A ClimbZone return pass for your birthday child!
  • Each additional climbing participant $25.00
  • The seating capacity for each room is 28. If you need a larger space to accommodate more than 28 people, please call the facility directly to discuss our options.

THE EDGE OF TIME PARTY

    60 minutes in a party room, once the activities are over. Your party host will escort you to your room, once the children are done on the floor. Early set-up is not feasible, so please keep your decorations to balloon bouquets and a banner only. See your confirmation email for acceptable and not acceptable party supplies and decor.
    A Party Host to manage your entire check in process, as well as set up, host and clean up your party room.
    All the paper goods you will need for your party, including table covers in a variety of solid colors to match your theme.
    A ClimbZone return pass for your birthday child!
    Each additional climbing participant $30.00
    The seating capacity for each room is 28. If you need a larger space to accommodate more than 28 people, please call the facility directly to discuss our options.

When booking an Edge of Time, please enter your best guesstimate as to how many participants you may be expecting to attend.  This reserves the specific quantity of sky trail bracelets for your party.  If at the time we call you for your final headcount and you have more than the number of participants you initially book, we may not be able to accommodate all of the attendees on the sky trail the day of your party.  You will only be charged for the final number of attendees who actually attend the party. 

THE EVEREST ON THE MEZZANINE

What's included

    • A 3 hour birthday celebration for 50 participants, featuring a variety of climbing walls and access to our soft play area for ages 3-10. 120 minutes of activity time and 60 minutes in your area!
    • 2 Party Instructors to manage your entire check in process, as well as set up, host and clean up.
    • All the paper goods you will need for your party, including table covers in a variety of solid colors to match your theme.
    • Exclusive use of the mezzanine and lounge area for the duration of your party.
    • 1 return climb pass for the birthday child.
    • *Access to our Sky Trail is not included in this package.  It is an additional fee per participant. Children must be at least 48″ to ascend the Sky Trail.
    • The mezzanine area can hold up to 80 guests.
    • The Mezzanine is not offered all day, everyday. Please contact ClimbZone to inquire about dates and times 732-813-8300
    • There is no elevator access to the mezzanine; all attendees must be able to ascend our staircase.

Birthday Party add-ons

Not sure what kind of goody bag to give your guests?  Consider a ClimbZone package! 

While one party host is included in your party reservation, an additional party host may be a solution to a larger party of 16+ children.  This additional host will not only assist with harnessing your guests, to get them climbing more quickly, but will also help serve food and beverages in your party room. The additional host is $100

Do you anticipate having more than 28 people attending your party?  Consider renting both silver and gold rooms.  Both rooms combined can hold up to 60 guests comfortably.  This additional room fee is $250.

Our rooms are only available for food and beverages at the last hour of your party, leaving a short window to set up any decorative theme your child may want.  If you want the room the entire duration of your reservation (2.5 hours) to set up decorations and to store personal belongings, the fee would be $250.

*Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen property

If you have children ages 4-10 that would prefer playing in our soft play area and not climb our walls, the soft play per participant is $15.00 each. 

*The soft play rate is not part of the base price of any of our packages. 

Slushies – served while children are climbing.  $2.50 each

Juice Boxes – various flavors.  $1.50 each

Soda Bottles – $3.00 each

VR passes – $5.00 each.  Please note that passes may be used after your party ends or a future date and are not included during your 2.5 hour party.  Good for ages 7+.
