THE EDGE OF TIME PARTY

  • A Party Host to manage your entire check in process, as well as set up, host and clean up your party room.
  • Basic paper goods, in our ClimbZone logo colors of blue, orange and yellow
  • A goody bag for the birthday child with 1 return climb pass for the birthday child!
  • Each additional participant $28.00
  • Children must be at least 48″ to ascend the Sky Trail. At least 42″ with a paid adult.
  • Special $15.00 climb rate per parent in attendance. $10 rate to ascend the Sky Trail.

The Mezzanine Party with VR

What's included

  • A 3 hour birthday celebration for up to 50 participants, featuring 68 climbing walls and Virtual Reality!
  • Up to 3 Party Instructors to manage your entire check in process, as well as set up, host and clean up The Mezzanine.
  • Basic paper goods, in our ClimbZone logo colors of blue, orange and yellow
  • Exclusive use of the mezzanine and lounge area. 
  • A goody bag for the birthday child with 1 return climb pass for the birthday child and 1 goody bag for each child on the guest list (The guest goody bag does not include a free climb pass).
  • VR passes for each of you climbing participants (ages 7 and up) to enjoy during the party or upon a return visit.

Birthday Party add-ons

Not sure what kind of goody bag to give your guests?  Consider a ClimbZone package!  Each package contains a drawstring bag, stadium cup, stress ball, pencil and lip balm.  Each package is $6 each.  

While one party host is included in your party reservation, an additional party host may be a solution to a larger party of 16+ children.  This additional host will not only assist with harnessing your guests, to get them climbing more quickly, but will also help serve food and beverages in your party room. The additional host is $50.

Do you anticipate having more than 28 people attending your party?  Consider renting both silver and gold rooms.  Both rooms combined can hold up to 60 guests comfortably.  This additional room fee is $150.

Our rooms are only available for food and beverages at the last hour of your party, leaving a short window to set up any decorative theme your child may want.  If you want the room the entire duration of your reservation (2.5 hours) to set up decorations and to store personal belongings, the fee would be $150.

If you have children ages 4-10 that would prefer playing in our soft play area and not climb our walls, the soft play per participant is $10 each. 

*The soft play rate is not part of the base price of any of our packages. 

Slushies – served while children are climbing.  $2.50 each

Juice Boxes – various flavors.  $1.50 each

Soda Bottles – $3.00 each

Ice Cream Cakes – for pre-order only.  Call for pricing. Please note that if you are bringing in your own cake, we cannot freeze or refrigerate it.  Please bring in butter cream.  Thank you

VR passes – $3.00 each.  Please note that passes may be used after your party ends or a future date and are not included during your 2.5 hour party.  Good for ages 7+.
