Birthday Parties

We have 4 individual party rooms available to reserve for your special day. The Blue Tent, Red Tent, Green Tent and a Private Party Room. Each require a 10 participant minimum. Each room comfortably seats up to 25 guests. Each of our spaces are approximately the same size. Multiple tents could be opened up to each other to accommodate larger parties. 

Your party reservation is for 3 hours, with your party room available to you for the first 2 hours of the party. When the first two hours are up, the party room will be cleaned out, while your guests can enjoy the last hour back on the climbing floor.

You will be assigned a party host to check in your guests, as well as harness and instruct them, before they go out onto the floor. This party host is there for you! Please let he or she know if you need help setting up and decorating your party space. Your party host will clean your party space when your time is over as well.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time to meet your Party Host and verify guest list/waivers before your guests arrive.

Feel free to bring in or have delivered whichever food or refreshments you’d prefer, such as pre-prepared food, coolers of non-alcoholic beverages, cake, etc. Please no glass containers, continuous open flames (Sterno) or alcohol. You may bring in your own paper goods and utensils to decorate in your child’s favorite theme. Paper goods such as table clothes, plates and cups are provided in white unless the Premium Package is booked.

To expedite the check in process, please encourage all guests to complete the online waiver WITHIN 7 DAYS prior of your party. Guests without verified waivers may not climb. NO EXCEPTIONS! We are unable to extend your time in the party space if the party starts late due to lack of waivers or a guest list.

Birthday Party reservations require a 50% deposit of your anticipated guest list. Deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your event, after which it becomes non-refundable. If you would like, we will happily work with you to reschedule your party to a more convenient time.

Climbzone Laurel is all about helping our community and we look forward to hosting your next school’s fundraiser! We fully embrace your school’s spirit and culture and support your efforts in helping raise funds for various programs, class trips, sports’ teams and other projects requiring monetary contributions. A portion of your event’s proceeds will be donated to your school. Up to 20%, based on the number of participant registrations, which includes admission, concession stand and retail merchandise.

Why worry about the weather this Summer, because it never rains in ClimbZone! We appreciate kids and understand that in the summer they need things to do, so let them have fun in our safe and unique facility. We can accommodate from 50 up to 250 children per camp. If you’re looking for a unique and fun setting to host private corporate events, conferences, meetings, employee or client appreciation parties, team building activities, or just a private party, ClimbZone is the perfect venue for you. Our facility is built to accommodate large or small groups of all ages. We offer private seating space to accommodate 10 – 30 people, or additional open seating for up to 100.

Our Instructors will motivate your team or guests in a fun and unique atmosphere. We have various programs that will keep your staff or guests motivated and challenged while boosting confidence and morale, in a unique and memorable way!

Enjoy the most unique birthday party experience at ClimbZone Laurel! We have multiple party packages to choose from. A party host will be included with all party packages.

  • We accommodate groups up to 70 participants.
  • Party room is reserved for the first 2 hours. All the guest could stay in the facility and climb for a total of 3 hours.
