ClimbZone is dedicated to offering a safe, fun and affordable party for kids of all ages. ClimbZone has been in business for over 4 years and has hosted thousands of Birthday Parties and Special Events. We strive to provide a stress-free service, experience and lasting memories to our customers.
You can book a party any time online by clicking the BOOK A PARTY link at the top of the website or by calling the facility and speaking with a representative.
You may bring everything you need to make this celebration just as special and unique as your child is. Some people go simple, and others go all out. It’s your party, so you can do it your way. We do not provide food, but do partner with a local pizza establishment. Don’t do pizza? That’s fine! You can bring in any types of food you’d like. Just remember that we do not have the ability to store ice cream cakes or any type of cake that requires refrigeration. Sterno flames or glass containers are not permitted.
Yes! This is your kiddo’s big day, so please feel free to decorate in your child’s favorite theme. We just ask that you do not use glitter.
We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards.
Yes, we sell a variety of light snacks, ice cream and cold beverages. We also allow you to bring in outside food, whether you are having a birthday party in one of our party rooms or if you just want to bring a lunch.
Yes, you will have a party host at the beginning for training and the entire duration of your party room.
The birthday child is free and not included in the 10 paid participant minimum required to reserve a party space.
Yes, however guests under the age of 2 may not use the climbing walls. With a waiver on file, under-2’s can use the Baby Zone and the slide or bounce house.
Yes, ages 2 and up can climb our walls. 10 and under may use the bounce house, and everyone under 5 can play in the Baby Zone.
The waivers outline the risks associated with climbing on our climbing wall. We require waivers to be filled out for each guest before they are allowed to climb or participate in any of our activities.
Waivers can be signed by clicking the SIGN OUR WAIVER link at the bottom of the website.
The party space can hold a maximum of 30 people. If you require a larger space, we can join 2 spaces together to seat up to 60 guests. The 10 paid participant minimum would apply to the 2nd room as well.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your party. Your party coordinator will meet with you, go over your list, and help decorate. Your guests should also arrive 15 minutes early to verify waivers are complete and get checked in. Harnessing will begin at the party start time.
Yes! We allow all outside food to be brought in. Please do not bring alcohol, glass or sterno flames.
You may bring ice cream, but please note that we cannot guarantee space in our freezer.
Yes! We allow outside food and drinks inside our facility. If you need additional drinks we offer soda, Gatorade and more. We also have water fountains.
Birthday party/event deposits are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the event, otherwise we will work with you to reschedule your party/event.
General reservation payments are fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to the reservation start time.
Group bookings require a $200 deposit that is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your visit.
Weather: If acts of God or Weather cause the facility to close, your party will be re-scheduled. No refunds will be given due to weather or acts of God.

Yes. We have a clean café area open to those who either purchase entry as a walk-in or have come in with general reservations. Seating is available on a first come/first served basis. Because seating is limited, we ask that you are courteous of other guests and only use the tables for as long as it take you to enjoy a snack, a quick meal, or a cupcake. We offer cubbies to store your belongings, and there is comfortable seating throughout the facility should you need to take a break.
We recommend that parents sign waivers for their children on our website in advance so that it will automatically be in our system when they arrive. Every customer wishing to participate in our attractions is required to sign a waiver. Waivers only need to be signed once per year.

Unfortunately we cannot pencil anyone in because we are required to have a 50% deposit down to hold the spot. However as soon as you are ready to book, you can go online and book your party any time by clicking the BOOK A PARTY link!
To ensure you get the time and date you prefer, we would recommend booking your party at least 3 weeks before the party. The easiest way to book a party is to book online through our website. Click the BOOK A PARTY link at the top of the site to book it.
Any child 2 and older who is accessing any of our attractions will need to be paid for.
Our staff will begin your party by greeting you and checking in all guests, to ensure they completed their waivers. When your party time starts, your host will take the climbers to be trained and harnessed. Your guests may climb for the full 2 hours, or you can have your party coordinator call everyone back for food and cake at your convenience. If there is still time available for your party, everyone is welcome to return to climbing until your party is over. Once your party room time is up, you will need to exit the room so we can clean it for the next reservation. Please inquire with your party coordinator if you would like to purchase an additional hour of climbing for any of your guests (without the room) or if you’d like to add on RAID games at a special price.
