Parties and More
We have 6 individual party spaces available to reserve for your special day, with a 10 paid participant minimum. Each space comfortably seats up to 30 guests. Each of our spaces are approximately the same size. Two of the spaces (Gold and Silver) are enclosed rooms, with a window looking out onto the climbing floor. These 2 rooms could be opened to each other to accommodate a party of 60 guests. The other four spaces (Red, Yellow, Orange and Green) are semi-enclosed and also look out onto the climbing floor. These can also be joined together to accommodate more guests. The 10 paid participant minimum would also apply to the 2nd space.
Your party reservation is for 2 hours, with your party space available to you for the entire time. Ask your party coordinator if you are interested in purchasing an additional hour of climbing for any of your guests. We are not able to extend the time in the party spaces.
You will be assigned a party coordinator to check in your guests, as well as harness and instruct them, before they go out onto the floor. The party coordinator is there for you! Please let them know if you need help bringing in items from your car, setting up and decorating, or serving food. Your party coordinator will clean your party space when your time is over as well!
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time to meet your Party Coordinator and verify guest list/waivers before your guests arrive.
Feel free to bring in or have delivered whichever food or refreshments you’d prefer, such as pre-prepared food, coolers of non-alcoholic beverages, cake, etc. Please no glass containers, continuous open flames (Sterno) or alcohol. You may bring in your own paper goods and utensils to decorate in your child’s favorite theme.
Fundraisers and Camps
ClimbZone White Marsh is all about helping our community and we look forward to hosting your next school’s fundraiser! We fully embrace your school’s spirit and culture and support your efforts in helping raise funds for various programs, class trips, sports’ teams and other projects requiring monetary contributions. A portion of your event’s proceeds will be donated to your school. Up to 20%, based on the number of participant registrations, which includes admission, concession stand and retail merchandise.

Why worry about the weather this Summer, because it never rains in ClimbZone! We appreciate kids and understand that in the summer they need things to do, so let them have fun in our safe and unique facility. We can accommodate up to 300 children per camp.
